Pause
Holy and healing Love, I know you hear me when I cry out to you. Surround me with your comfort and peace. I am seeking you in sacred silence. I am reaching out for you in the midst of my pain.
Ask
You are the abundant life I desire (John 10:10). Restore me to full health in my mind, body, and spirit. Heal my spirit so that I may seek you more ardently. Heal my mind so that I may know you more deeply. Heal my body so that I may serve you more readily.
Listen
Jesus, your touch and your word comfort me. Just one touch will be enough (Mark 5:28). Only say the word, and I will be healed (Matthew 8:8). Draw near to me so I can feel your healing touch. Quiet my heart so I can hear your healing word.

I know I am not alone in my suffering. So many others need healing, too. People, families, countries – even our planet. Shine the light of your healing love in those places. Bind our wounds and soothe our souls as you make your healing presence known.
Reflect
Still, I know you make all things work for good (Romans 8:28). If healing does not come the way I expect, give me the grace to bear my cross well. Stay by my side until I can put down my burden in the glory of your heavenly home. Amen.
