Pause
Lord, I rest in your refuge. You cradle me in your arms, holding and supporting me. Under your great wings I find protection and care (Psalm 91).
Ask
God, protect me, deliver me, preserve my body and my soul (Psalm 127). Provide me with a shelter from the storms of this world, a fortress in which I can dwell in peace.
Listen
I long to dwell in the refuge of the Most High, in the shadow of the Almighty. For you are my fortress and my God in whom I trust (Psalm 91).

You promise me that your angels will encamp around me and deliver me from that which plagues my mind and body (Psalm 34). You are my rock, my salvation, and my protector.
Reflect
Even when I fear the evils of this world, I know that you are my hiding place. Protect me from trouble and sing to me your songs of deliverance (Psalm 32). Sing loudly to drown out the chaos of this world and cover me with your wings of compassion. Wings that touch my face with love and enfold me in your care.
