God, you are the giver of all good gifts. You know what I need even before I ask. As I search for a new home to purchase, be with me and guide me. In this busy and uncertain time, please lend me your peace.
Ask
I need your patience as I purchase a new home, God. Increase my ability to wait for the right moment. Give me wisdom and courage to act when that moment comes. Help me to trust that you know how much I need and want a new home and that you will provide it in your perfect timing.
Listen
Jesus, during your ministry you entered many homes. You brought healing, hope, and happiness to those who welcomed you under their roofs. Walk with me as I enter new homes. Show me which one will be a place of celebration and rest for the people I love.

There are so many things I worry about when I think about this new home. Will it come at the right time? Will I be able to afford it? But your presence, God, gives me peace and strength. I place these worries about my future in your capable, loving hands.
Reflect
I know you have a plan for me, God, and you will not abandon me in this time of need. Allow this new home purchase to be a chance for me to draw closer to you: in the way that I trust in your timing, in the way that I accept this new home as a gift, and in the way I will give you glory by loving and serving all who enter my new home.
