Lord, creator of all, I enter your presence with a heart of thanksgiving. That you, who crafted the stars, would bend low to hear my prayers. I praise you for your love and care.
Ask
I come before you asking for strength for the day. Entreating you, my God, to empower my spirit. Fill me with your strength, uphold me with your righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10)
Listen
For I know that you give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak (Isaiah 40:29). When my hope and trust are placed in you, my strength is renewed (Isaiah 40:31)

Your presence in my life allows me to soar on wings like eagles, to run and not grow weary, to walk and not be faint (Isaiah 40:31). I praise you for your love, for walking beside me on this day. Remind me of your presence, Lord; keep hold of my hand as I soar.
Reflect
My God, you are my strength and my song (Exodus 15:2), I trust you with all my heart. I see your work in my life, I know you stand beside me. To you I sing songs of thanks (Psalm 28:7).
