Novena for Peace on Earth

Sacred Space invites you to take some time over the next nine days to pray this novena for peace on Earth. These short texts present some thoughts from Pacem in Terris, an encyclical by Pope John XXIII, written in 1963, and the novena also includes prayers from diverse religious traditions.

This sequence of prayer was offered in the early days of Sacred Space and is now being offered again. If there has ever been a time that the world needed peace, it is now. We bring our broken, hurting world and all our own needs also, before our loving God and Father.
