主，感谢你在我人生旅途中无时不刻地陪伴着我，也包括现在这一刻。求祢帮助我在当下归心于你的同在。

圣言

依撒意亚先知书 55：10-11

譬如雨和雪从天降下，不再返回原处，只有灌溉田地，使之生长萌芽，偿还播种者种子，供给吃饭者食粮；同样，从我口中发出的言语，不能空空的回到我这里来；反之，他必行我的旨意，完成我派遣它的使命。

反省

规律运动对我们有益，规律饮食亦然。这里的关键词是规律。正如雨雪降下滋润大地，冲刷污垢与烟雾，助万物生长，天主圣言也是如此。定下心来恒常读经总是遇着不便——我们总有更紧急、自认为更重要的事，或单纯缺乏心境，甚或无法完全理解所读的内容。但如同雨雪，祂的话语必会浸润我们，滋养我们成长。

亲爱的天主，求祢助我恒心持守与祢圣言的约定，好能在祢话语的滋养中成长。求祢帮助我活出信仰。 阿门
