6至于你，当你祈祷时，要进入你的内室，关上门，向你在暗中之父祈祷；你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。[a]

反省

主日参与弥撒，往往很容易，它甚至成了一种例行公事。 我们去，只是因为今天是主日。 很多时候，我们并未用心聆听所宣读的圣言， 反倒忙着盘算下周要做的种种事务。 我们利用这段安静的时间，不是祈祷，而是规划。信仰正如人与人的关系， 我们与天主的关系若要深化、成长， 也需要时间与专注，需要一对一的相聚、时常的交谈、每日的相会。祈祷应当成为我们生活的一部分，成为日常的习惯， 而不只是出于惯性、一周一次的敷衍了事。

仁慈的天主， 我渴望深化与祢的关系。 从今日起，我愿每日至少寻一处安静的所在，与祢倾心交谈。 求祢帮助我，活出我的信仰。 阿门
