Making Good Decisions

Based on a short series of recordings on how to make good decisions, this retreat by Fr. Michael Paul Gallagher SJ is about finding our place in the world that God has planned for each one of us.

Are we at a point in our lives where we are deciding the next step for our future or simply want to learn to make good decisions and discern God’s will? This retreat is a prayerful option to help us identify our talents and gifts and to understand our feelings. It’s about how our dreams often lead us forward, helping us to work out something in our lives that has troubled us, or opening up something new and wonderful for us.

Perhaps if we opened ourselves up to trusting our deepest desire and came to understand that the desire we most long for has been given to us by God?

God wants us to be happy and will point us in the right direction if we seek guidance. Making any decision, big or small, is a potential crossroads in our lives, but we have a gentle, tender God who is willing to help us step out of our comfort zone and make a good decision.
