Morning Prayer

As the late morning dawns in this winter month, may I live this day in your light and spread the light which enlightens all, to all I meet. I pray especially for the Pope’s November intention: that all parents who mourn the loss of a son or daughter find support in their community, and may receive peace of heart from the Spirit of Consolation. Amen.

Evening Prayer

Dear God, I pray this night for all I met this day, as this day closes I thank you Lord for what was good, and for your help in all that was difficult. I pray also for family and friends who need help, prayer and support. May tomorrow bring to all I meet signs of your love and care, and may I support and help all I meet. I make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen.
