Reflection
Jesus offers us his very life. It is easy for us to get distracted by arguments and to get lost in complications. It is only in our prayer, deep in the heart of faith, that we can receive the wisdom that Jesus offers and open ourselves to the nourishment he makes available. Give thanks for the gift of the Eucharist; see how it has changed you, consider what it has brought to life in you and give thanks.
