The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.” 15The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I may never be thirsty or have to keep coming here to draw water.”

Prayer is a time of drinking of the bottomless well of God’s love; it’s the time for allowing the thirst for God and for love be in my awareness; it is the time of allowing the truth into our hearts that the living water is for eternal life.
